I had an extensive surgical fusion done by Dr. Geckle a little over a year ago. I had known of his excellent reputation for over 20 years. His well-honed surgical skills and expeditious manner are the reasons I am able to type this review today and walk a straight line. I have 100 percent restoration of function and no pain. Yesterday, I called Neurosurgical Associates and learned Dr Geckle has relocated outside of Virginia and left the practice the end of June. I was stunned because I had needed to delay significant spine surgery I was to have done by Dr. Geckle due to first needing "medical clearance" from different specialists and was finally able to receive this clearance only in recent days. I have known of Dr. Geckle's reputation as an excellent neurosurgeon for over 20 years. Last summer I found out first-hand how that reputation was built. His well honed surgical skills and expeditious manner are the reasons I am able to type this review today and be the support for another family member in the midst of a serious health crisis.
