Why i give my feedback a one star, this is for that uncaring doctor who seen me. He didn't give me no antibiotics for this upper respiratory infection that I had in my lungs, and I cough syrup i had a bad reaction and it raised my blood pressure. So I had to call my PCP and had a telemed visit with him. And he got me the right meds that I needed, The nurses and others who seen me!!! I give 5 to. But that doctor gets a half of star. Very disappointed
This provider (Dr. Diamond) was RUDE and very DISMISSIVE! In the 3 times he came to speak to my husband he did NOT even enter the room. He stood in the door way said all of 10 words and walked away. When I inquired on the medication he had given to my husband prior to my arrival, he shrugged and said he didn't remember and walked away. He never did a physical exam of my husband either. I'm not sure if it's due to the color of our skin but he was very attentive & personable to the patient next door who had similar skin tone t... read more
