Highly Disappointing Experiences at Ouch Orthopedics I’ve had two frustrating experiences at Ouch Orthopedics for my 12-year-old daughter, and I won’t be returning. Both visits involved different PAs who were unclear, indecisive, and provided inconsistent diagnoses. During the first visit for a broken ischial bone I couldn’t get a clear direction on what type of activity she should or shouldn’t be doing. Dr. Brown and his staff profssional, kind, accommodating, knowledgeable and thorough. Our daughter underwent foot surgery yesterday as a minor and the care and concern that Dr. Brown his staff showed is exceptional. These are the people that you want looking after your children with orthopedic issues. Thank you, Dr. Brown and your team.
We visited the Dr. Brown's office for my 4-year-old son's injured arm. Overall, the experience was mostly positive. We were seen by Nurse Practitioner Molly, who initially came across as knowledgeable and competent. She seemed to know exactly what she was doing and explained the situation well.
