Maybe the doctor really is excellent based on the reviews, but the staff answering the phone and taking payments is a completely SOMETHING ELSE. The customer service is honestly the WORST I’ve experienced. You’re literally trying to make a payment, and the person (THE RECEPTIONIST) on the other end sounds annoyed that you’re even doing it. Do you want us to pay or not? Because trust me — we don’t have to.
Dr. Blumenthal is an amazing human being with incredible skills and is incredibly brilliant. I am honored and blessed to have him as a doctor.
If you're lucky enough to be a patient of Dr. Blumenthal, there is no better cardiologist in the city. In spite of being incredibly busy, he takes the time for a complete and uncommonly accurate diagnosis.
Dr B has been my doctor for 10 years and he is the absolute best. He tells you the unvarnished truth and his network of doctors to take care of other issues that he doesn't specialize in is unsurpassed. His staff is professional, affable and exceedingly helpful.
I was seen on time and treated by the staff well. Dr Blumenthal is thorough, compassionate and a brilliant doctor with a great reputation. Because of his scrutiny, I don't need any surgery which is what I was told before I went to see him. I was tested and given the results in 2 days! He will forever be my heart doctor.
