Great doctor… don’t want to leave him. However I was denied medical treatment because they mis-billed me. The office manager confirmed it. Then the front desk clerk and her didn’t have a clear line of communication. And the only thing the clerk said was pay it and we will credit it back to you. The fact that someone health can be played with to this magnitude is beyond me. For the first time in years, I actually feel alright. Dr. Rubin fused my c5-c6, and I’m not even fully recovered yet, and feel better than I have in several years. I’m only 36, so I feel like he’s given me apart of my life back. Finally feeling good again.
My appointment with Dr. David Rubin was very thorough and I appreciated his approach to answering my questions and ensuring I understood my diagnosis and treatment options. If I were only rating on Dr. Rubin's care, I would give five stars. However, the issue arises in the fact that his staff did not properly obtain the correct referral for my insurance leaving me to pay for the visit out-of-pocket even though my insurance would have covered the visit. I had 2 disc's repaired 1 year ago. I am now in no pain and am off all narcotics for the first time in 10 years. Thanks Dr Rubin and the staff at Argyle Surgical Hospital.
