Went to have my tonsils out September 18 haven’t gotten my taste back since that day. He was very dismissive about it when I told him about it….claiming he didn’t know what it could be. Went to a specialist yesterday and was informed that he damaged a nerve and I may never gain my taste back! Stay clear of him I’m begging you.
5 ⭐️ for me. I truly appreciate Dr. Rosi and his staff, as they made me very comfortable and happy about my results. Literally had surgery three days ago and on this day I feel absolutely great. Feels so good to breathe again. I do want to say, not everybody goes through the same experiences with doctors. It’s very unfortunate. I’m not excusing them but my experience was a 10/10 with Dr. Rosi. Still not dismissing anyone’s feelings but I’m very appreciative.
If u want to be Interrupted and talked down to he's your guy...oh and don't forget about the hr wait time.
I am giving Dr. Rosi a one star because that is the lowest option. I would definately not recommend Dr. Rosi. I had a Total Thyroidectomy, he accidentally cut my nurves on both of my vocal cords. I have bilateral vocal cord paralysis. I have problems breathing, choking and I have lost my voice. It has affected my life in many ways where I will never lead a normal life again.
Dr. Rosi at Florence ENT was phenomenal with my three year old. I felt seen and heard, not judged. I truly wish he was a primary. 100/10 for Dr. Rosi and the entire staff! So grateful.
