david is insufferable. i have not had him as a dentist, but i have had the distinct displeasure of experiencing david in an academic setting. he audited a class i took at the university of minnesota. david was a senior auditor who did not pay the regular student fees and did not take the class for credit. he was incredibly disrespectful to the professor and the class by constantly interrupting and speaking out of turn. he did not even use the times he spoke to add anything meaningful to the class; instead he simply rambled o... read more

The clinic don't have a professional way of scheduling your appointments. They won't give u any kind of confirmation that u have an appointment with the doctor.
The receptionist is unpleasant to deal with. True. Nevertheless, Dr. Rischall is a very skilled and honest dentist. I've been his patient for more than 5 years. My dentist before him found a new cavity every 6 months. I haven't had any new dental problems since I started seeing him.
Had a semi annual check up and cleaning. Was in and out in 45 minutes. Had X-rays, exam and cleaning. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Dentist top notch. Great location in a 1910 era converted house. When's the last time you saw a beveled crystal glass window in a dental office?
