I highly recommend to not waste your time or money and go elsewhere! First of all, I was given an appointment over the phone for 12PM, and when I arrived they let me know they were closed for lunch. Once I got to see the doctor, he seemed careless and was not listening to my concerns. He was simply spewing words, but ultimately did not give me any solutions to my issues. Young receptionists were friendly...older receptionist was very rude and unprofessional...for this reason alone I will not return or recommend. There was a discrepancy in a procedure and she was not helpful and embarrassed me in front of other staff and patients
Took my daughter in to check out her congestion and sinus issues and had mentioned the bump on her nose might be the reason. When he came in he fixated on the bump and made it seem as though we were looking for a nose job to fix it. We told him that wasn’t the case and that she couldn’t breath and sleep because of it. We were brushed off and sent home with nasal spray prescriptions which we had told him didn’t work and we had already tried. Huge waste of time and money. The VA scheduled me for an appointment with him at 10 o'clock today. I went. His office manager was very rude while I was there. 3 other veterans came in. She ran all of us off. She said we didn't have anything from the v. A. Is authorization
Front office is professional and courteous. The doctors were excellent listeners, attended to my problems and gave me advice. I have been going to ear doctors for 40 years and find Dr Rierson to be exceptional in my treatment.
