this horrible office my first visit was horrible the wife got in my face yelling because I would not explain to her all of my health problems I waited to talk to the doctor one because the waiting room was full today she calledb911 on us and had us kicked out because I refuse to give her my personal information in a waiting room full of people then the doctor came out and kicked us out and told me to forget my referrals and that he was no longer my doctor and would not see me again.
i would like to give 0 star if i can for this doctor. try to call his office and the nurse keep sending me to his wife. i have a concern about my medication and she won't let me talk with the doctor no matter what. She even say the direction how to take those medication without the doctor permission. His wife is the most ignorant, stubborn person i ever see. She even said that i'm an idiot who doesn't have education to talk with her. OMG. Worst customer service i ever see.
His wife works the desk. She is Rude to patients who ask questions. Staff turnover. Shows up late. Doesn't inform patients when he closes his office. He leaves a sign in his door. He talks down to his staff in front of his patients. Then proceeded to complain to his patients about his staff. He is rude when asked Questions. He talks down to me. Lately he starts arguments. He wrote the wrong prescription and yelled at my pharmacist. Refused to confer with my surgeon about upping my pain Meds!
Awesome care. Dr. Quy listens, always treats me quite cordially, never keeps me waiting(for too long), Communicates with me openly, never tries to bulldoze me with pill pushing, offers me insight into my health, health concerns, and causes and remedies. I feel relieved and satisfied with my care each time I leave, and appreciate much and more the fact that I can speak with a medical professional when I need to without any hassles, inconveniences, condescension or, judgment.
Dr. Quy ! He shows up late many times. I have heard him talk down to his staff and in front of patients. Then as they leave the room he talks about them to the patient. Saying how they can't do anything right and complainers how lazy they are ! He has embarrassed them in front of people many times ! In my opinion he's rude, mean and very unprofessional ! Today he tried to perscribe the same medicine that I told him that didn't work. Then he yelled at me In front of staff and other patients.
