This office has been ruined and is an awful experience ( ironically it’s for medical and your health !) due to the secretary Bonnie - she has no manners, poor communication and needs a lesson about how to do her job - she is dreadful ! She has a nasty attitude! Speaking to her makes you ANNOYED ! Dr Ponese is kind and takes the time with patients - he should have gotten rid of her long ago !
Dr Ponesse has been my doctor for 36 years. He is dedicated to his profession and has the best interest of his patients at heart. He will listen to your concerns and appreciates self advocacy. In all those years he has taken good care of me and my family.
