Waiting on a phone call from Dr Windham to discuss one of his dental hygienist complete rudeness and unprofessionalism that triggered a PTSD response in a 100% disabled Veteran. Instead of a phone call, I am being told by the VA that you dropped me as a patient? WOW 👌 Apparently since she has worked there for nearly 40 years, she can treat patients however she wants and if they get mad, she tells lies to get them kicked out of care without Dr Windham getting both sides of the story and coming up with a solution. He treat patients bad...he might have so many patients that loosing one is not a problem for him. And practically told that today...I will. It's the second time I go and feel that treatment. That was enough.
It has been 30 years ago, since I had my root canal done by Dr Windham. When we used to live in Panama City Florida. And I still have it.
I have been a patient of Personal Attention Dental Clinic for 20 years are more. I have referred several patients to Doctors David Windham and also his professional family and associates to check out such a wonderful and family oriented Dental Care. I have never had any issues with any members of his Professional Dental Staff. I have never experienced Doctor Windham or Doctor Windham’s, Son or Assistants in an unhappy mood.
