Very rude and unprofessional
I showed up for a 6-month check up, just like I have routinely since 1994. My appointment was canceled, without notifying me, because I "didn't confirm" my appointment. Pardon me, but I did confirm your first email. Strike 1 I was told, "we'll call you starting 2 days before your appointment if we don't get a confirmation." I checked which phone number they would use. Okay, the correct number. But, no calls from their office. Strike 2. They have appointments available tomorrow and next week, just not today. Had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Very highly recommend for anyone looking for a dentist office.
Went to Dr Windham to get my 2nd set of dentures. The first set I got at dixieland and were a complete failure, so I went to Dr Windham because he was referred to me by my sister. She said the old man was the best. Right after my procedure started, he retired and his son took over my care. They have never fit right. I've been for at least 7 adjustments and finally gave up. Waiting on a phone call from Dr Windham to discuss one of his dental hygienist complete rudeness and unprofessionalism that triggered a PTSD response in a 100% disabled Veteran. Instead of a phone call, I am being told by the VA that you dropped me as a patient? WOW 👌 Apparently since she has worked there for nearly 40 years, she can treat patients however she wants and if they get mad, she tells lies to get them kicked out of care without Dr Windham getting both sides of the story and coming up with a solution.
