Dr. Singer is pretty good at what he does surgically but if you want explanations and answers to questions he is quite abrupt, even defensive. I will not go back to Dr. Singer.
Overpaid. No results. Overpaid.
I sxheduled a surgery in January 2026 and it is February and my pre-authorization was never even sent to my insurance. This is very unacceptable. They had no problem scheduling my surgery but did not even send my insurance what is needed to even do the surgery. I’ve been spending hundreds of dollars in copays to meet my maximum just for them to never receive a preauthorization !!!!!!! I am VERY UNHAPPY
