My advice is to find another Urologist. Dr at Sanborn location both laughed at my discomfort and lied to me about need for tests and in house exams. Felt he was only in it for the test money. Customer service left a lot to be desired. Never posted test results on a timely basis & only did so when I requested. Still waiting for a return call from 2 calls I made to set up a review of test results. Other appointments were made for both in house and outside doctors without any approval on date or time. Very impersonal BUSINESS. Can never get a person on the phone. They changed my after surgery follow up appointment without notifying or contacting me. My surgical follow up appointment was changed from less than one month to three months. I have been with Dr. Greco before WNY Urology. It turned from a Medical Practice into a impersonal assembly line.

On Saturday July 31, 2021 I received a letter that Dr. Barlog retired the day before. Included in that letter was a flyer with information about his replacement Dr. Abramowitz who wouldn’t be starting until August 16, 2021. I had an appointment which was made a year in advance for Tuesday August 3, 2021. I scheduled my vacation around that date and ordered taxis to take me there and back. What a CLOWN this guy is. Sees patients once in the office to diagnose them and then delegates everything to mid level employees. If you go to the Emergency Room don't expect a call back from Tony. He will have his Nurse or PA call you. Tony does NOT administer treatment either. He delegates this to his Physician Assistants. If you are looking for decent bedside manner and for someone who provides 1 on 1 care he is definitely NOT your guy. Zero stars was not an option here, otherwise that's what he would get.
