Very disappointing. I called hoping to establish care as a new patient. I had already emailed the office and understood as a new patient, it might be several weeks before I could be seen. That wasn't a problem—I simply wanted to get an appointment scheduled and begin establishing care. What surprised me was how the conversation started. The very first question I was asked was whether I had dental insurance. Not what was going on, whether I was in pain, or what I needed to be seen for—just whether or not I had insurance.
