Spent over $300 out of pocket and no advice or solution provided that was any more detailed or specialist than what my usual dentist recommended (my normal dentist sent me to a specialist hoping I would get more recommendations as they were unsure themselves and seemed to have genuine hope and faith that this specialist would be able to help). I called to book an appointment after my referral had already been sent through a few days earlier. The woman on the phone told me I needed to complete two forms before I could make the appointment, which I did straight away. I then spent around five hours trying to get back in touch, including leaving a voicemail. When I finally reached them, I was told the wait time for an appointment was over three months. I just saw Dr Oliver for the first time after dislocating my jaw and ongoing pain associated with that. I felt heard, I didn’t feel rushed, he was lovely, professional, answered all my questions and has put a plan in place. I’ve left his office feeling confident that I am in 100% capable hands
