Absolutely horrible customer service. I tried calling up many times for them to tell me the scheduler for appointments will call me back only to never receive a call back from them. I did this multiple times
Everytime I see Dr Ogun he takes care of me but nurses never fax anything on time, there lazy and seem like they don’t care. I have to keep calling to get anything done. My health issues are pretty serious and now I feel I have to find another doctor.
I have been seeing Dr. Ogun for over 20 years. He has helped me through a lot of medical problems I have had in my life. He has gone above and beyond what you think most Doctors would with their patients. Very attentive in the office and always will call or email you back in a timely fashion. Definitely one of the best !
