Dr David Oehme worked a miracle on my back what should have been a straightforward operation turned into a 3hr and i was up and walking around with in 6hrs of my operation and home within 2 days and have not had any problems since
I cannot recommend David Oehme highly enough as a spine surgeon. I came to see David after experiencing a major complication from a previous spine surgery from a different surgeon. David listened to all of my concerns and explained the risks of the procedure very thoroughly. By the time I chose to have the surgery, I felt as if all my concerns had been addressed and I was making a very informed decision to have surgery. David was a consummate professional. Was able to operate on me within 2 weeks of the decision being made to get it done. L4/5 Microdiscectomy. Sciatic nerve pain gone immediately after surgery and smooth sailing ever since. Excellent before and after surgery care at the Epworth
Dr Oheme is a fantastic surgeon/specialist. He gave me clarity and reassurance on my bone spur/neck nerve circumstances. He doesn't do neuro surgery unless indicated, as he chooses minimally invasive/least risk approaches with largest benefits. He also has great rapport building skills and a very nice person. Highly recommended. 5/5.
