Dr. Newton and his arrogant nurse, Daniel, cost me the love of my life. Their negligence and carelessness were evident throughout our ordeal. I had to constantly request a heart monitor and ask for earlier appointments, but they showed no concern whatsoever. With my background of working with some of the best doctors at Stanford, I can discern between those who truly care and those who don't. Dr. Newton is an awesome cardiologist. In fact, he saved my mother's life. He's very personable, not tushing, and answers any questions you ask him. The only reason I didn't rate him 5 stars was because of the nasty, disrespectful, and abrupt office clerk that answered the phone. She was rude, and she hung up on me before I could finish asking her questions regarding my mother's discharge pacemaker instructions. I lost the love of my life because of dr newton and his arrogant nurse Daniel Negligence and carelessness I had to ask for heart monitor, I asked for earlier appointment- they don’t care. I know the difference between someone who cares and who does not. I worked with the best doctors at Stanford. These two did not give a damn… the office called me to see why he missed his appointments 3 weeks after he died. What did you monitor??? Stay away from these two. Even if you are not ready to go, they will help you
