Dr. Roberts has done two colonoscopies for me and my husband. He has also given care to several friends. He is very professional and caring. I just had a colonoscopy on 9/26 at Mercy. Nurses were phenomenal. The only issue I had was the anesthesiologist (female- don’t know her name) I was not impressed with. NO BEDSIDE MANNER AT ALL! The tech in the surgery room would not listen when I told her the oxygen was too high and it caused me to have a really bad sore throat and severe dry mouth for 4-5 hours after. I've had a very bad experience with this doctors office .I have an unresolved claim at Quest Laboratories.They are unwilling to go the extra mile to make sure that my claim has been properly coded and any necessary documentation that the insurance company needs they get.They have not reassured me that they have gone through the necessary steps to find out what my insurance company needs.I have asked to speak to the doctor, I have asked to speak to the supervisor,and I have had no response.I have a bill of over $600 that I no... read more
