My fiancé is one of Dr Hong’s patents. I have gone to every appointment with her except one. He is very kind and unstandanding, listens to all of her concerns, and she always leaves feeling better about the situation than when she gets there. There were some problems with staff but he seems to have really gotten that fixed. His new medical assistant, Bryan, calls her back immediately. Thank you, Dr Hong (and Bryan) for helping through a rough time.
