I had to take my 97 year old Dad in for a follow-up hospital visit from pneumonia. My TH parking lot still had a lot of snow which was hard to walk my Dad through with his cane, we were 5 minutes late. It then took the receptionist 16 minutes to tell us we were 5 minutes late. Dr Morcos refused to then see my 97 year old pneumonia recovering Dad. Excellent Dr. Patient and listens
I saw Dr. Marcos for the first time this morning and was pleased with my visit. I found him to be an attentive listener who relates to a patient in a kind and respectful way. He asked me more than once if I had any questions, anything else on my mind. Also, the people working with him were competent and pleasant. Again, this was my first visit but I am optimistic about having found a "keeper" of a primary doctor. Excellent Doctor.....EXCELLENT bedside manner...Doc Morcos is the best
No availability I switched my whole family here being told that they were fully available Every time I call for appointment they’re overbooked even for the simple things for my children and told to take them to urgent care What is the point of having a PCP that you can’t get into for months
