Best dental office so far in my past history. Some dental office just say nothing or ver little to you, quickly do a rough work and charge the maximum that BC guidance allowed and let you go. Every one in this office very friendly and helpful. The dentist David is a very experienced dentist with great work.
What a wonderful experience my first visit was. It all happened by chance and I am glad it did. Dr. Monaghan and his team are great. Friendly and welcoming. I have found myself an honest and caring dentist that I will stay with to the end. The one thing I like is Dr. Monaghan does not propose unecessary procedures and truly wants to save your teeth. This is a dentist I would highly recommend.
New patient. Called earlier this week to book an appointment. They could fit me in the next day. Did the most thorough check-up I've had in my life. Found a couple things that needed some work. They could have fit me in the following day but I had to get them to push it back one more day. Three fillings this afternoon. I fell asleep through most of it. The guy is good. Real good. But you don't want to go here. If everyone starts going to this kick ass dentist, I won't get such timely service when I need a kick-ass dentist.
Visiting Palm Dental is a one-day excursion for me as I live on the mid-Island. The excursion is worth it every time due to the care and consideration of the entire team at Palm Dental. I trust the expertise of Dr Monaghan and his chair side Assistant, as well as his Dental Hygenist Carey. Always a congenial welcome from Receptionist, Ken, who manages the schedule efficiently especially when coordinating appointments with BC Ferries. I highly recommend Palm Dental Centre.
A great clinic with helpful staff and superb & thoughtful dentist! I have gone to Dr. Monaghan 3 times in a matter of a month and will definitely return in the future. The clinic is clean and cared for, with everyone being helpful and lovely. I have been somewhat irresponsible with my visiting a dentist and one thing I want to point out is that in this clinic I did not feel judged for my negligence in the slightest, which is greatly appreciated.
