I ruptured my Achilles tendon playing with my Granddaughter on Mother's Day. The emergency centre gave me Dr David Miller's name and his receptionist Georgie arranged a scan and appointment with Dr Miller within three days. Dr Miller advised that surgery was not required but confinement in a Vacoped boot would protect the ankle and promote healing. The Optimal Recovery physios working with Dr Miller managed this process with great success. I am extremely grateful to them all for their efficiency and professionalism!
From start to finish I cannot give DR Miller and his team a higher recognition. Georgie the receptionist an absolute gem to deal with over the phone and emails, very helpful caring and happy to help and provide any help or reassurance I may have needed, Very quickly too. Dr Miller is a wonderful doctor, extremely understanding and funny. He’s helped me with a 3 year issue I’ve had now and given me some clarity after no one else could help me. Has a wonderful practice with lovely reception, I would recommend highly for any surgical intervention or even just an opinion. Thank you Dr Miller!
If you like wasting hours of your time, make you visit Dr Millers Office. Minimum hour wait time. Up to 2 hours. Morning and afternoon. Very unprofessional in that department. It would be nice to get told the potential wait times prior to appointment. Make sure you have no plans or appointments within 3 hours or so of the appointment. You'll have to cancel them
I can't thank Dr. Miller enough for the excellent care that he and his wonderful staff provided. I would also like to thank James the physiotherapist for carefully guiding me through the rehabilitation process which made a big difference to my recovery. Dr. Miller's kind and caring nature immediately put me at ease from our first meeting. Thank you again Dr.Miller and team for everything you did for me. E.K.
