Dr McCrystal is wonderful but his receptionist Corinna went out of her way to be unhelpful, when you’re sick this is really stressful to go through. Patients are ringing up for results, I believe that requires compassion, patience and professionalism. She just didn’t want to hear me talk, even though I was being reasonable & polite, and was rude & dismissive. A really bad experience

A very knowledgeable and caring doctor. I have been seeing Doctor McCrystal for a few years now and no matter how minor the visit may be, he is the utmost professional and friendly.
No nonsense, but still very personable. Explained everything really well, and didn't pressure me into having the suggested surgery unless I really felt I needed to, and was more than happy to let me have some time to think about it.
