I had 2 seperate extremely distressing experience with this doctor. In my case, and from what I've seen echoed by others, he completely disregarded clear medical evidence, including multiple scans and specialist reports. Instead, he sided entirely with the insurance company and provided an opinion that directly contradicted the documented facts of my condition. Had to see Maxwell re a worker's comp claim, he said there was nothing wrong with me. I have now had three ( 3 ) back surgeries from another specialist which required fusion from L4 down to S1 & I still have pain every day. He cost me valuable time in litigation for years that I should have received correct treatment in the early stages which would have made a big difference to my condition today.
Great to see this horrible human has created a new profile with only 4 reviews, as it was well under 2 stars several years ago. I saw Maxwell and not only does he concoct fanciful stories but he's an outright liar. He constantly called me an "addict". Every word that came from his mouth was an outright lie. He stated that in was addicted to pain meds, even before I even started to take any. Pretty difficult to be addicted to something for years before you actually took anything for pain.
