Their phone does not work. I had to physically go to the office just to talk to someone. She seemed to know the phones didn't work and seemed unconcerned. I was told to use my chart to communicate with them. Long story but the link I have to sign up for my chart had expired and now I can't get a hold of them to get the referral my son needs to be seen where we live now.
Dr Mann is caring and friendly. He has been my ENT for many years.
