Dr Yates was absolutely amazing. He explained my sons diagnosis, surgery, insurance talk, recovery, and following steps perfectly and made us feel incredibly comfortable the entire time even though we were talking about surgery on a baby a month and a half old. He is the best thing to happen to El Paso.

I cannot put into words how blessed we are to have met Dr. Yates. He performed a pharyngeal flap surgery on my son one year ago and the results are amazing! I was so extremely worried because my son had an artery in the way but Dr. Yates assured me that he felt he could perform the surgery without complications. Dr. Yates has been incredible. From day 1 of diagnosis, reasurring us about surgery, being available after work hours to answer any questions we had. He has been an amazing Dr with my daughter who had a Metapic Craniosynostosis surgery at just 4 months old, explaining to us in detail about the next steps for her. I couldn't have asked for a better Dr to take care of my daughter as if she was his own child. Highly recommend!!
