Update: This experience has gone from frustrating to genuinely concerning. When I scheduled my appointment for the screw extraction, I was quoted $134 — it’s written right on my appointment card. Updated: after review was posted Dr Yates ensured his office staff resolved the issue quickly. For that I appreciate the quick response and resolve. Make sure that their office personnel correctly verify insurance. I was told that I hadn't met my deductible even though I had met the family deductible, in order to be seen I had to pay 865 for the consultation and the ct scan. I'd scheduled so I wouldn't have to take off more time from work after my son's accident, they said I could reschedule or pay it. Office staff was very ... read more

I previously had jaw surgery with Dr. David Yates when I was younger, so I was disappointed to be told I would still be considered a “new patient” years later. The screw on the left side of my jaw is now starting to poke through my tissue, and I even had to go to Urgent Care because I didn’t know what was protruding from my mouth. I love it. The nurses are so nice and also the ladies in the front desk and Dr. Yates is an awesome surgeon and he’s so nice and very trustworthy.
