Terrible approach to patients. The receptionist asks incompetent questions that have nothing to do with the issue I came in for. The earliest appointment is in two weeks. Considering I haven’t been sleeping properly for almost a month because of this problem, it feels like an eternity. They refused to help me sooner and told me to call my insurance to request a different doctor. Horrible service!
Dr Vesco helped my 3 year old son get better from a throat infection. He went above and beyond to communicate on his wellness. Thank you.
If I could give zero stars I would …enough is enough, I’m sick and tired of constantly calling… nobody answers!! It goes straight to voicemail every time I call! Like what kind of practice are they running here?! So ridiculous
This is not to criticize Dr Vesco, but his assistant/receptionist Sherry is appalling. She would never call my husband back or myself (my husband has a brain injury). She said she completed his disability portion but never sent in, as a result he was denied disability. She wouldn't do a Quest standing order for his blood draw (has a mechanical heart valve).
