Very understanding, compassionate. Dr S was able to meet my needs and create a plan that I could follow to get better. Would recommend him to anyone.
My loved one was recently under the care of Dr. Schwartzenfeld at a facility. He showed constant compassion and empathy for my family during these stressful times. I received weekly calls from him where he made sure everyone was hanging in. He even gave me his personal cell phone number and allowed me to call him at anytime. Would highly recommend Dr. Schwartzenfeld to anyone.
The male who answers the phones acts as if you are bothering him and hangs up the call without saying goodbye. Staff needs to be retrained.
