If there are multiple family members or in-laws going to him. He may mix you up with another member. One time I went to him, he mixed up my health conditions with my stepfather in-law. He has also mixed up records between each of my sister in-laws. Including, after his nurse asks you for a updated medicine list, he comes into the room asking you if you still take this and this. Can he just look at the chart of the specific patient? P.S I am normally not the person to write negative reviews.
Every time we are in the office we couldn’t leave any happier! He is such a joy to be around whether we are super sick or worried about our kiddos. Great doctor and just an overall person! Would recommend him 1000 times!!
I like Dr Keller as a person but as of today I will be looking for a new doctor. I can only talk to his nurse who has little or no knowledge of my situation. Recently I was summoned for jury duty and I only have 40% hearing, which would make me a poor canidate. I called Dr Keller’s office. His nurse proceeded to tell me, “If you can talk on the phone you can hear during jury duty!” Well I have a special device on my phone so I can hear. There is more but this was humiliating and unnecessary!
Great doctor have followed him every place he’s moved to, highly recommend him as a family doctor
He cares and is the best doctor my family has ever had.
