Went for a consult. First thought I was the patient not my daughter. Then told us he didn't know if she would need a gum graft or the tooth pulled and wouldn't know til he did the procedure. Hesitantly make the appointment to do it and they made another consult appointment and then tried to rush around to do the procedure. Got out of there and never looked back. Went to another periodontist and was so much happier.
I am very satisfied with Dr. Jerud's care. I am a general dentist who has pretty high standard or expectation when it comes to my teeth. I was looking to improve my smile line with a gingival procedure. Dr. Jerud was kind and very informative. Very gentle in terms of the work. Painless anesthesia and no post operative pain at all (which is always a plus). I will definitely be recommending him to my patients.
Be careful of the staff--they do not understand the insurance process.
