I was pawned off on a NP and given a nuclear stress test. The didn't take my heart failure as seriously as it should have been, and now I am seeing an advanced heart failure specialist.

I only see DR.Salame He’s a great doctor he cares about his patients well being he’s a doctor I trust . He always takes care of any problems you have , he’s the only one I will see in his office . So if you’re looking for a great heart doctor he’s the one you need . He listens to you and always ask questions

I called looking to be treated for TMJ. I was told 'no problem, he even has TMJ himself'. I arrived, payed $75 out of pocket and waited. When I saw Dr. Hensen, he immediately said I don't treat that. We had a short talk and he said he would refer me toa dentist. Wasted trip and money. A week later he sent a bill for $83. Are you out of your mind, you did nothing. I want the $75 I never should have been forced to pay for the service you never provided!

Had a morning appointment. Went a couple of hours earlier than the appointment time and had lab work drawn before I went back home and had breakfast. Returned to his office and arrived before the appointment time. Lady told me she already had me checked in and processed. He did not keep the appointment time. When I was finally called back after the appointment time he spent about ten minutes with me in the exam room discussing lab results and meds and that was the end of visit.

I saw him once and that was my first visit. After that he was absent. I was pawned off on presumably a PA that couldn't, wouldn't and didn't answer any questions. When I inquired about the need for further indepth testing this person said and I quote "That's up to you". Now, silly me, I thought any advanced testing should be up to THE DOCTOR and me. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I have visited Dr. Hopper for over 20 years and have mixed feelings about my experiences. If I go in knowing exactly what I need or what the issue is, he is receptive and usually provides the necessary treatment or prescriptions. In these situations, I feel comfortable discussing my needs and feel heard. However, when it comes to anything more complex, I don't feel as confident in his ability to diagnose and treat the problem. I've noticed that our appointments tend to feel rushed, which can be frustrating when dealing with ... read more

She did not address my neuropathy symptoms and told me my dizziness was from a PRN med. Not one week later I'm in Birmingham university with a stroke and brain aneurysm. I expressed my concern as I had a stroke in the past but she just smiled and said oh no..without an image. How dare you take my life and turn it into your own story. Rude
