Dr. Ho is the most compassionate and thorough doctor. Over the years and many illnesses he is the best advocate you could ever have. I feel so thankful to have his help and recommend him highly. He deserves every award he has received. I am going thru cancer at this time and he has been there for everything . The office is so relaxing and pleasant and staff is great.

Due to lack of communication by the staff of Dr. Ho, I was under the impression that my first visit was not gonna be chargeable (would be a physical). After a year, I understand that the practice has charged me for the visit. I cannot accept any justification as to why nobody informed me that I WILL be charged for the visit that I thought is going to be a "physical visit".

Dr. Ho & staff were excellent today and every day for the past many years. I have problems that can not wait at times, they were professional and compassionate helping me get the treatments I need and avoid more serious issues. They are always friendly and are there for their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Ho to my friends and family!

Staff is rude and non-efficient. They never answer phones. Called to make an appointment when I was sick, they never returned the call. Called back a week later, they wanted me to do a Covid test even though I didn't have the symptoms. Came in for the test, never called me with results, I called two weeks later and once again got the voice mail. The "new"nurse practitioner called me back a few hours later with the negative results. My experience was very poor. Only go there if you are interested in flu shots and checking your blood pressure (which can be done at CVS or any other pharmacy also). Doctor is not knowledgeable. You have been warned.

The office staff is very accommodating with all my concerns of the pandemic. They answered all my questions very professionally. Today I only needed to go in for a shot and was greeted at the door, welcomed in after my temp was taken, signed the HIPPA form and brought quickly back for the shot, which I didn't even know she was finished. Dr Ho is a great Dr... However his service team lacks professionalism and skills when it comes to insurance billing. Without notice they became a tier 3 from a 1. Tripling my cost . They preformed services and I pay my copay. 3 months later I get billed 85% more . I question what happened , they said Keystone changed things without them knowing . I spoke with Blue Cross and they informed me that no changes can be made without approval by the Doctors office and that they are responsible to collect correctly at time of service... read more

Dr Ho is an experienced, compassionate physician who really cares about his patients. He listens to your concerns and discusses the medical care plan with you. His office staff is courteous and will follow up by phone if you have had an ER visit or hospitalization. I would not have anyone else as my family doc.
