I got bankruptcy papers in the mail yesterday and Ohio revoked his license to practice medicine and surgery for poor work on 10 patients and causing harm to them to the point they had to go to other doctors to fix it. Originally was seen for laser treatment for scarring on side of my nose.He recommended a "flapover" procedure,never stating there was a possibility of discoloration.Well,that is exactly what happened after a year.When I went back to him after I noticed the discoloration,he could even not look me in the eye.He said he had never seen anything like that.The only thing he could recommend was Cleveland Clinic or a dermatologist. It has been years since I have been treated by Dr. Hartman. I had a terrible experience over the course of 12-14 months.
