Not good if you’re a woman and need a doctor who’s invested in helping you improve your quality of life. Got one of my diagnosis via three sentence Mychart message. They also only allow 15 minutes at UC health (at least in this wing) for their doctor’s appointments and if doctors go over that they have to pay a fine. Unless you find a doctor willing to pay the fine you won’t get much time or care about finding the root issues because they literally are charged if they invest. Dr Fickers is an excellent Neurologist. I have had some not -so-common symptoms which I reported to Dr Fickers. He did not hesitate to press forward to identify that my medication was the culprit and the dosage needed to be decreased. I appreciate his professionalism and excellent communication skills. He is easy to talk with and never dismisses a concern. He is, in my book, a great Physician for Neurological diseases/medical concerns.
