I had surgery with him a few years ago and he 'carelessly' hurt my neck so badly that 4 years later i still have a bad scar in my neck that will never fade away. How he managed to be so distracted and careless, it is hard to know. What he did after the incident? Well, i had laser treatment, which made things worse. The excuse was that 'oh, her skin is darker than the skins he is used to treat'. Dr Lapatka is great. His staff is marginal. They don't seem very helpful in making an appointment. I tried to make an appointment for my daughter. They were going to check with the doctor and get back to me, but never did. Now they are closed because Sansum closes early on Fridays. Wish I had that schedule! I work 50 hours/wk. so wish they could do a bit better at accommodating patients. Guess that is a thing of the past. THE BEST experience! I finally had my spider veins treated. From the moment I called Regina @ Sansum for my evaluation appointment, I experienced professional, friendly and knowledgeable moments. Dr LaPatka and Heather Grieco, are amazing. I had absolutely no pain through the procedure, everything went professionally and smoothly. I would recommend any one considering plastic surgery or aesthetics, to Dr. La Patkas' highly trained professionals.

I do not typically write reviews but was very unsatisfied with what I feel was a bad billing experience with this doctor's office. I went in for a simple cosmetic mole removal (no insurance was to be billed and it was all charged to a personal credit card).
