As a healthcare professional I know we are the most challenging individuals to provide service to and Dr. Seaton has serviced me quite effectively for the past decade or more. Being educated & residing in the south he gets it. He understands not only disease process but the challenges of the heat, humidity & all we confront. Been going here for years had a few bad experiences but still use them to do my blood work I have to go every three months. I call many times to be put on hold and never got to speak to anyone. Today called and tried to find out if they could pull blood never got a answer so I drove by and went in I asked the lady at the front desk if enough time had passed for my insurance to pay she told me it was my job to call the insurance company to find out that’s totally bs. They can look and see so I told her not to worry about me! ... read more
