Been going here for years had a few bad experiences but still use them to do my blood work I have to go every three months. I call many times to be put on hold and never got to speak to anyone. Today called and tried to find out if they could pull blood never got a answer so I drove by and went in I asked the lady at the front desk if enough time had passed for my insurance to pay she told me it was my job to call the insurance company to find out that’s totally bs.
