Dr. Schechter has been my primary care doctor for over 7 years. In my life I have struggled with a great many chronic pain issues that fall under the category of mind-body / nervous system dysregulation / pyschosomatic. Over the past 25 years I have had about five recurring TMS incidents in my back which went away after 2-3 months of reading Dr. Sarno's books and writing in a journal.
