Dr. Rushing is a 5 star doctor. I have Known him over 12 years.. there some office staff that is amazing.. been there as long.. But, some of the new staff members that don’t care. I can’t seem to develop relationship with them the way I did with his older generation of nurses.. compassion is hard to find.. No one respect to call me back.. it’s weeks before I get an answer.. Especially the people that answer the phone. I can’t see him when I need to reschedule. Cause my mom has surgery.. I’m at high risk. I don’t cared for th... read more
He delivered my baby and I had an amazing experience and pretty easy delivery
I had a surgery done by Dr. Rushing and at first, He was very nice a pleasant but after the surgery, his behavior was very dismissive to the point I didn't feel welcome to his office base of his dry responses first visit after the surgery... I will strongly suggest any African Americans to not go to this doctor. He is not our doctor. He seems to be that kind....So, unfortunate...
I can only assume the low ratings are from patients, like me, who do not want to share Dr. Rushing with all the new comers to the area because I cannot put what these two are saying with the Dr. Rushing I know. Today, he was just as friendly and caring and gentle with me as he was the first time I saw him seven years ago (and every year in between). He is amazing. The selfishness in me doesn't want him to stay booked so I can see him on a whim if I ever need him - but the realistic me knows he would work me in if I ever need... read more
