I was referred to Dr Polk's office a few years back for a root canal. The experience at the time was terrible, but I didn't post a negative review at the time because root canals aren't fun and I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. I had to have the root canal redone this week because Dr Polk left a piece of root in there when he attempted it, and it had become infected.
