Been coming to PRC for 5 years, seeing Dr.Johnson. The whole experience is as easy as it gets, the staff are really excellent.
My new patient experience was OUTSTANDING. Dr. Johnson demonstrated great care, explained my situation in a manner that was understandable, listened attentively to my concerns, provided a way forward and noted what to watch for on this journey with my eyes. Hopefully, if no retirement is forthcoming and he remains under my insurance network, we are going to have a long standing relationship.
It was our first visit and I can say that we were 100% satisfied. Every employee that we encountered was so nice and friendly. We never felt that we were a bother to them. Thank you!
I saw Dr. Johnson at the Aiken, SC location. I couldn't have been more pleased with my first experience with Palmetto Retina! Each & every staff member were awesome! Dr. Johnson is the epitome of what a great doctor should be! Personable, professional, thorough, good listener, explaind things very clearly. The timing, organization & coordination of my appointment were outstanding!
