Dr. Faulk treated me for ulcerative colitis 43 years ago. His compassion and caring during my lengthy hospital stay and my resulting ileostomy, really helped my recovery, mentally and physically!! I am currently leading an ostomy support group in Indianapolis. He gave me my life back. Thank you!!!
