In Jan. of 2022, Duane was in ER, he was diagnosed with a gallbladder infection, Dr Kulick was the surgeon on duty he put Duane in Hospital to take care of this infection in order to improve his chance of not having surgery by giving him antibiotics to fight the infection. This worked for a time then the gallbladder started to act up again, it was decided to have surgery after Dr. Kulick did several tests to make sure Duane could handle this procedure as Duane is 88 years old. I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Kulick to family members or friends who need to be cared for by a surgeon. I required emergency abdominal surgery in October, 2017. Dr. Kulick performed the surgery and all of the post operative care. He was, at all times, informative and responsive to my questions and those of my family. I needed a second surgery in April, 2018, and again Dr. Kulick cared for me in a warm yet highly professional manner. We are lucky to have him in Rome.
I was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2016 Dr Kulick performed the surgery. He also implanted that mediport for my chemo treatments. I would highly recommend Dr Kulick. He takes the time to explain things and answer any questions. He has a very personable manner and cares about your well being.
Since the findings of a mass and nodules on my left lung in Feb. of this year, 2018, Dr Kulick hasn't wasted a minute of my life with getting procedures done. He's very professional and clear when explaining surgeries/procedures to me. He's also personable, I like the fact he treats me nicely and is very concerned about my over all health, with my experiences lately with my primary Dr or the lack there of, its a very welcomed and nice change. I highly recommend Dr David Kulick to anyone.
My latest and worst office visit; I waited just under an hour before I was called to actually see Dr. Kulyk. Then waited approximately another 10 minutes while in the examination room. When he did come in, he was initially apologetic, but then hurried as quickly as he could through my latest test readings. He was hurried, vague and not at all really attentive to my health care at that time. I am very reluctant to go back to him again and searching for a different Doctor/Surgeon.
In 2012 I had lung cancer and he removed my right lung...the operation was very successful and I have continued to do well up-to-date. He also removed my gallbladder recently which was also very successful. He is very professional and expert in his field. I would and have highly recommended him to family and friends. He keeps your spouse and family members informed during the procedure and he also follows up after.
I needed surgery for lung cancer. Dr Kulick was great at explaining what was going to happen and was there for all my post op questions and care. I was out of the hospital in 3 days with no pain or limits on my daily life. I am now free of the cancer and am very satisfied with the expertise and care provided by Dr. Kulick and would not hesitate to recommend him for thoracic surgery!
