I brought my daughter here earlier this week for a rash around her eye and an eye exam. First off, we were not greeted AT ALL by the receptionist when we got there-not even a "Hello"-just handed a clipboard. Then the doctor didn't explain one thing he was doing to my daughter-he placed 2-3 different kinds of drops in her eyes without explaining what they were for and then sat charting at his desk while we just sat there. As a doctor myself, I can confirm that Dr. Kisling truly centers his focus on patient care and on being helpful as a trusted advisor. His staff is wonderful, kind and helpful. I went in to look for glasses (without an appointment) at a busy time when the optician was busy. Jan, the receptionist, offered her eye and viola! we found the perfect pair of frames! Dr Kisling is exceptional and so is his staff. With their help, I was able to find a frame that truly defined me and it had magnetic sunglass clip-on too! They provided excellent service and i enjoyed my time at Harmony Eyecare.
My father has taken great care of my eyes throughout my entire life. He hires friendly staff and creates an atmosphere of comfort for his patients. He is definitely the smartest, most generous and driven man I know.
