Impossible for him to write a referral after he promised the referral. I guess he hates other doctors. Makes no sense.
Today was my first visit to see Dr. Kellen. While sitting in the parking lot waiting for my appointment I happened to read some reviews that were concerning. The persons posting thought he was the best ever or the worst ever. Most of the one stars left comments for how their fathers were treated or how the Dr. didn't have bedside manners. I tried to get this doctor to see me as my primary care physician through community Care and the VA is doctors only interested in making the quick Buck or he's not doctor enough to handle people that have real medical issues and need doctors so if you have any real issues I wouldn't waste my time with this guy he doesn't care enough like I said looking to make the easy money.
