Horrible dr. He is disrespectful, arrogant, dismissive, demeaning, no compassion or empathy. He bad mouths patients behind their back to other patients and staff! Do not seek care here!!!! His staff is rude and treats patients like children!
I do not know anything about DR. Kaplan, but if he is like the people who work in the front office in SunCity, I do not want to be a patient of his. I have never seen office staff that is so incompetent working in a doctor's.
