Have tried repeatedly to get an appointment. The phone system is a long recording with outdated information. I've left multiple messages, no call backs. My primary care physician faxed a referral, but I never heard from Dr. Vallance's office. He needs to replace his office staff with competent people. He may be a good doctor by all accounts, but he helps no one if you can't get an appointment.
Dr. Vallance is amazing. He takes a lot of time with you!!
Dr. Vallance is great and very helpful, that is if you can get an appointment. I've been calling for 3 weeks to reschedule a appointment I had because I couldn't get a babysitter and they dont allow any children in the office. Have called every single day and left several messages with no response. She is rude on the phone and while in the office. Also never arrive early because you won't be allowed to wait in the office!!! Absolutely horrible.
Dr. Vallance is a wonderful, educated doctor with perfect bed side manners. He takes the time to listen, gives you the best options and explains things in detail so you understand. He completely and fully values you as his patient and wants the best for you. It feels so amazing knowing you are seen, heard and understood by your doctor. I highly recommend him. I, 1st seen him many many years ago when he diagnosed me when other doctors had no clue on a diagnosis and I felt like a guinea pig trying whatever they had told me to.... read more
Amazing physician!! I I have been a patient of Dr Vallance for many years. He is so thorough, truly caring, and has a deep understanding of medicine and treatments. Dr. Vallance explains everything in a way which you can easily understand. He genuinely cares about your well being. He analyzes every aspect of medical tests and medicinal treatments and the efficacy of them. Dr. Vallance is an outstanding, amazing doctor!! So grateful for his medical care!
