Avoid if Actually Sick Just moved here. Because of another, more pressing condition, I saw an immunologist first (Byers), before I was scheduled to see a general practitioner (“PCP….. appointments were too far out yet before seeing Byers). Told him of history of chronic, untreatable high BP (because of experimental medications decades ago), but I wasn’t able to schedule appt to see a regular PCP before his appt. Asked could he renew my amlodipine, he refused…. So, I was sent home without any BP (or any other) medication. Onl... read more
