Really enjoy Dr. West as a family Doctor. Excellent demeanour - listens well - never feel rushed. Excellent care all-round!
Some time ago now Dr michael west ignored my concerns toward my nerve pain in my hips and when i explained i already workout and do hip mobilty stretches he told me to HIRE A PERSONAL TRAINER? maybe he has the money for that, i was then left a VOICEMAIL telling me i have arthritis? Ive since moved from dundas but no doctors are taking patients
I’ve had nothing but good experiences here with Dr West, Dr Prangley and RN Alandria. Concerns are heard, questions are answered, and reasonable solutions are proposed. Also, I love being able to do phone appointments instead of having to go in to the clinic every time. Major time saver!
