Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. comfortable waiting room. except in emergencies, the doctor has been pretty prompt. doctors & staff all very pleasant and patient with people coming into the office. i'm happy to have her as a doctor.
